Check rear lights/cruise control not available

Good job, and great tutorial. Those who have done this job already know it is no fun. The person working upside-down in the drivers floorboard needs to be a circus contortionist. My wife and I did this job on her car on a Sunday afternoon in October 2012. Both of us hope we never have to do it again....

Great write-up. Even if I don't choose to do the work myself it is always a bonus having good photos to show places you don't normally see.
I had to laugh at the photo with the seat propped up. I can just imagine the store selling those bricks advertising them as "suitable for propping up front seats of XK8"

Those bricks turned out to be absolutely perfect for the job I needed them to do.
Perfect weight, perfect length, perfect corners...maybe I should market them as a "special tool" for Jag techs worldwide?? does $200 per set sound about right??
I contacted a Moderator to give me permission to do some editing on my post. It seems like the editing ability lasts for just minutes after initial posting. I wanted to clear up a few things and change a "with" to "without".
I hope they allow me to do that. I also want to follow up with the final conclusion once I get back on the road.
