code 151
Hi, I'm new to the forums! First post. I have a 97 XK8 and I was hoping to find some help here! Any input is appreciated.
I have a code 174 and code 151 showing up. Ive been told i need to replace the o2 sensor on bank 2, sensor 1. Is this correct? Im not sure how to locate it and repair it, specifically.

Welcome to the forum!
As Motorcarman said over on the General Tech Help forum the P0151 is the 'B' bank O2 sensor or its related electrical connections. How many miles on your '97? O2 sensors do have an expected lifetime less than the overall car. The Jaguar sensors are more difficult to replace than some but can be done.
The P0174 lean condition could be associated with the sensor problem or more normally are the result of a leak in the air duct between the MAFS and the Throttle body or the vacuum lines to the TB.
Downloading JTIS would be a good place to start. https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x...uctions-54640/
