Hey Marsden--does this gizmo have the ability to read % throttle body opening as you push the pedal (with the engine off)? This seems to be one of those issues that frequently need adjustment on these vehicles.

Looks like Marsden has a stuck evap cannister, probably due to corrosion of the vent tube Been down that road myself just 2 years ago. Good news is it looks like you have a well sealed manifold system, your long term and short term trims look great!

Looks like a good scanner however. One thing about the AE, you can have A LOT of user-selected parameters being shown in real time. It appears this one you may have to switch from screen to screen to compare (like O2 voltages, LTFT / STFT for each bank, etc)/

See? There's nothing like interpretation to make raw data useful.

SeismicGuy, I reviewed the (meager) documentation and couldn't find the answer to your question. Obviously there's TPS data (And ACC Pedal) but that's not what you mean. So I decided to install the PC Link software which came with the scanner but it has hung up on the Microsoft .NET Framework install which infuriates me as I was leery about installing their version of that anyway. Anyone who looks at their Windows Update knows that .NET is all about viruses & intrusions to begin with.

Anyway here's a list of functions from someone else on a Cadillac board. I'm sure you understand more of these abbreviations than I do.

I would think that the TPS numbers are throttle position sensor but am just really guessing.

That's definitely what the TPS data is; however that's not what was requested right?

I got past the .NET issue so maybe I'll know more in a few.
However have to go to a movie in a few too so it might be later.
