Use a fuel line disconnect tool to release the connector. The Bank2 cam cover cannot be removed without disconnecting the fuel line.

Once the fuel line is disconnected, cover the fuel rail joint with a rag to prevent dirt entering the system. When reassembling, inspect the o-rings and push the fuel line into the fuel rail until a click is heard.

Do you happen to know what size disconnect tool I need? And on what part of the fuel line does it go? The bell at the fuel rail?

Final update:

I finished the job. The fuel line released easily with the right quick disconnect tool.

I decided to only change the driver’s side gaskets as the passenger side was completely dry. In case that side starts leaking, I already have the gasket, seals and grommets.
