Ok i have an update finally So i have had my battery on charge the last 2 days yesterday i was ready to give it a try and boom put the fully charged battery in the car the trunk light popped on and the little red light by the shifter stopped flashing and the car started right up the no trac abs and restricted performance lights were showing in the cluster i drove it for about an hour or so and the

If you are able to start the engine, it means the crypto exchange between the car and the key works, and this is no longer the root cause of your issues.
I hope your battery concerns pan out. If not, I would concentrate on the (in)ability of the car to somehow effectuate the communication of the key protocol over the applicable data network(s). Check the data network layout in the electrical guide. Identify which network the KTM is on (SCP or ISO9141). Then, when the problem occurs, try and figure out if the data network is even operational. Easiest is likely to connect a scanner and try to interrogate (live data) a module on the same network to see if you get anything.
