Is it a solid green wire? I don't see a solid green wire on the schematic diagram at the stalk switch, just yellow-green and white-green.

Solid dark green. It goes to pin 3. It took a bit but with a magnifying glass I could see where it broke off and soldered it back on. Back in business. Thanks to everyone for trying to help. I am learning alot as I go but really enjoy this car.

nice job cj, any chance you want to document your repair with some pictures and thorough details for a member with a similar problem, now or in the future? Though this isn't common, it is seen with some frequency around here.

I was in a hurry to get it back together and knew I should of taken pictures of it as I went. Anyone having this issue is free to contact me and I will give a step by step set of instructions. Was a fairly easy job to do once I figured out how to remove the airbag assembly. No pullet was needed for the steering wheel and once that was off the turn signal assembly was easy to remove and repair the broken wire. Other than a bad solder joint I see no other reason for it to break.
