De-pin a Delphi Connector, ABS/Wheel Speed Sensor
Have the Dreaded ABS Speed Sensor wire harness problem. (current best price $155 + S&H) The R.F.is intermittent and triggered the DSC Fault occasionally. Finally got assistance and used the connector at the shock tower to test by Wiggle Method. The wire at the strain relief and plug (Delphi) was defective. I have several dedicated tools for disassembly but unable to de-pin. Would someone share a link to a applicable video or provide details for removing the pins so wire and new terminals can be replaced. I have searched this forum and Google but found no applicable info on this connector.

Unfortunately, many of the connectors, at this point, are friable and fragile. If you're fixing them yourself all the time, something like this terminal tool set pays for itself (down to about 2$ a serving on my jags alone, expect the cost to be negligible across all time used). There are others that are cheaper too.
I believe your connector (through 03) should be a "2-WAY REINSHAGEN METRI 630". A picture is on this web site which should give you an idea of where to push to release the pin.

These are also widely available from Aptiv (ex Delphi) on Mouser and other sites, so you can replace pins and connector body if you wish.
