O ok I see. Well a new listing came up on auto trader. 2000 with 80k on it for 8,000. Weird thing though, I don't know if the wheels on it are from the 2000my and it looks to me like it has a XKR hood on it?
Here is the link.

Doesn't look too bad, yes appears to be the 97-99 wheels (revolvers), don't recall seeing them on the 2000 MY either.

It does have the xkr hood and the lower mesh 3-piece grille. Gap to the front bumper cover seems excessive (and crooked), hopefully just bad lighting and harsh shadow. Or, could have been in an accident on the front.

I was thinking that it got in an accident, needed a front bumper and/or hood, and an XKR hood was available. I noticed the unusually large gap as well.

See if you can 'talk' this dealer down $2k, and you'll be close.

I've got 80,000 on my 2001, It runs true with no vibrations, up to 120 MPH I've never had it over that. but it is tight. These cars are well engineered. If you get the known Jag problems taken care of and maintain these cars they should last a life time.

Well looks like I have some thinking to do. Let me know if you guys see any good deals out there around $8-$9000. I know they're out there I just might have to wait a little bit.

Here's one in West Palm Beach... needs a bit of work, but the price is right.

I use www.searchallcraigs.com to find listings all over the country. There are several of these sites out there. It makes searching craigslist much easier. This is how I found my XJR 180miles away in Portland, OR.

Hey All,

I've never used the other search engine but craiglook.com is great for searching all craigslist sites as well. Happy hunting--just know what you want and be patient and it will come to you.
