I agree. My car's finish is usually silky smooth, because I keep it garaged and detailed. The wheels are another story. Even though I recently changed both, the rotors and pads, I still get perceptible layer of brake dust, which quite frankly irritates me. The car wash guys always ask me why I am washing the car. I simply point at the wheels and they get it.
