Default Door Arm Rest - Recover?

Has anyone recovered the door armrest? Mine is worn out so dying would not help.

I would try to find a matching panel from a RHD car in the UK. The passenger sides always seems to have far less wear.

Mine were about the same. I used SEM Color Coat #15003 which a perfect color match.
Color Coat is a spray for vinyl and plastics, comes in a rattlecan. Easy repair, commonly done by auto upholstery shops.
Can be bought online or at automotive paint shop.

Is it a dye or also a solid crack fix?

I do not think it is either. It is defined as a flexible paint specifically made for upholstery work, and will cover the unsightly armrest to a livable appearance standard for an investment of $18.
I have used this stuff on seats, door cards, etc. It wears like iron.
My latest use was to resurface the leather on my 99 XK8 steering wheel, which was discolored and scratched from 23 years of driving. Visit any local auto upholstery shop, and you will find they stock the full color assortment for minor touchups.

Scott, I will be back in Highlands in late June and would welcome you to my house to use my material. A 2 hour drive from Atlanta.
It is recommended the surface be very clean. SEM makes a cleaner/surface prep for this.

Mine were exactly the same and now look new .. Get a can of cream coloured spray paint and a very small brush.. Squirt into the can lid and then touch up the bad areas ...takes about 3 coats as it soaks in ..easy and cheap
