thats what you need, and pop off that little brass check ball to stop the surge of pressure when opening and the oh to familiar SUCKED flat lower hose that eventually works it off

Thanks Guys! I can return the one I bought. Just have to put off the flush until i get the correct thermostat!!

Here is my homework:
