Electric window re-setting

Apologies if this is old news but yesterday I noticed that the driver's door window wasn't resetting correctly when opening and closing the door. The window was dropping too low when opening from the cabin side and not raising into the door frame when closing the door. Basically This is the first problem I've encountered with the car, which, in all other respects I've been so pleased with to date. I have to now get in the passenger side and fully close the driver's window when parking up before locking the car. Anyone else experienced this and what's the solution please??

This is the typical sign of a failing battery. How old is yours?
Try resetting both windows. To do that, lower each window and hold the switch with your finger until you hear the distinct click. Then raise the window and once again hold the switch with your finger until you hear the distinct click. After doing this to both windows, see if they are now operating properly when you open and close both doors....

Thanks Jon that seems to have done the trick! I got the distinct noise when keeping the button depressed with the window fully closed (not sure I'd call it a click...). I couldn't hear anything when doing the same with the window fully open. Either way it seems ok now so thanks once again!
