Eurospare Upper Shock Mounts

Eurospare Upper Shock Mounts
After seeing the recent threads about upper shock mounts, and combing through the threads, I saw @scotstern among others mention installing the mounts from FCP Euro, specifically the Eurospare brand with a lifetime warranty. These do not seem to have any affiliation with Uro, as it appears the parent companies are different unless someone tells me otherwise.

Does anyone have any reviews on them? A year later, and it appears no great solutions for upper mounts, minus a lifetime warranty?
Cheers for any reviews of these...

Have had good experience with FCP Euro. Bought a brake light switch from them in 2011, and they have replaced twice under the warranty (working on my fourth switch now - right up there with expansion tanks and shock and motor mounts). Have to admire their warranty marketing effort. Probably works with most buyers who keep their late-in-life cars less than five years or so, but not Forum owners who want to keep theirs' forever. After the failure of the original shock mounts at 100,000+ miles, I installed the Welsh mounts, which lasted only three years/17,000 miles. Apparently, they were the second-generation Welsh units, which are known to fail. Then installed the Eurospares in 2020, hoping they were a step up from the Uro Parts and maybe equal to the OEM's, but having no luck - the metal mounting disk has started to shift off-center, which indicates deterioration of the cushioning material. All this in spite of not driving on pot-holed roads, over driveway swales, etc., and never bottoming out the car. I would confirm with FCP Euro that shock mounts are warrantied, if you go that route (they didn't stock them when I replaced). Their customer service is excellent - quick response on any calls. As others have noted, you might read the thread about Wayne's replacements and check with him on his backlog. Otherwise, I don't think even the OEM mounts are a long-term solution.

I am also interested in the FCP Euro mounts if only for the lifetime warranty. My hope is that they are very similar or identical to the OEM mounts, since my experience with the "upgraded" urethane mounts from Welsh was very disappointing. After two years and less than 2,000 miles on my car, the Welsh mounts have deteriorated and collapsed. Apparently the humidity in Florida is particularly harsh on whatever urethane formulation they use. At least the OEM mounts lasted 15+ years before collapsing, so I'm inclined to just go that route but the price gives me pause. I'll run it by my Jag expert before pulling the trigger on the FCP Euro mounts, since the money saved and lifetime warranty won't be any consolation if I have to keep replacing mounts every few years. I did the work myself the first time, but am not so inclined to do so again, and the labor for install alone would negate the part savings.
