I would go ahead and install the poly bushings.
If you don't like the ride with the harder bushings, taking the suspension apart to R&R the bushings will not be difficult once you have replaced everything the first time. Doing it the first time takes time to break apart any seized nuts and bolts, and to finding the right wrench-socket combos. The second time around everything runs much quicker.
Plus this provides you the option of going back to rubber on specific areas only, like keeping poly on the A arms but using rubber on the sway bars, or vice versa.
Either way, once you have worked on the suspension pieces, you will find it is not that difficult to swap out the bushings. You only need to jack it up and get the wheels off; everything can be worked on with the spring/shocks in place; and changing the bushings will not require realignment.
