Once I unbolted the seat and tilted it back, I found two connectors that needed to be disconnected, the large one has a tab on the top to release and the smaller one has a push tab on the left hand side looking at the picture.
The loom is held in place by a small spring clip and the small grey tube pushed onto the peg in the picture below.
Full underside of seat.
Here is the O ring that is used in newer seats.
I picked it out with a hook, it was hard and brittle.
This is the part recommended in the TSB.
I flattened it a bit with pliers and greased it before installing.
Push fit.
Then tapped home with a small hammer.
I then took the car out for a short test drive, so far no creak but to be honest it seems like an unlikely place for the creak to be coming from, I will report back after a longer journey.
When I got back in the house I found these two brackets on the rug where I had been working, anyone know where they are supposed to go?
The two brackets belong at the front of the seat runners they fall off as you lift the front of the seat during removal. The front torx screws secure them below the runner At 1:13 seconds in your video

Reason: added info
I realized that I never circled back to this. Creaking is gone in my driver seat now for quite a while. So long I almost forgot about it.
The fix is to lube the pivoting joints that attach the seat back to the lower frame.
The steel parts pass very closely together so lube the crack between them.
Then lube the spring that is stretched along that joint.
Soak it all with WD40 or similar so it works into things well. I am not sure grease will do the job.
