Default fuel issues with codes

yesterday i was driving home from work and got a check engine light with a restricted performance.

pulled codes

P0175 - bank b to rich
P0172 - bank a to rich

it was running really ruff. after a few minutes. the restricted performance went away and seemed to run normal but with the check engine light on.

then when i got home and hoped out to open the garage door "opener is broke". when it was idling the restricted performance came back on.

from reading alldata it says that its possible causes are -

blocked air filter - just replaced it 1k miles ago.
Fuel system return blockage - dont think that likely.
fuel pressure regulator - i think this is most possible.
ECM receiving incorrect signals from one or more of the following
ECTS - dont know what that is
MAFS - checked that using Auto-ingenuity scanner - reading right on the money.
IATS - checked that using Auto-ingenuity scanner - seems to be steady
TPS - checked that using Auto-ingenuity scanner - right on the money, no fluctiations.

Ok, so do any of ya know ware to go with this?

Thanks again.

This happened to me. I got a can of BG-44K fuel additive and added it to my fuel. Then drove the car for 300 miles on a trip. For the first 100 miles, I got the reduced performance and the CEL. After 100 miles it never happened again. I reset the codes and it has not returned. Also check your mass air flow sensor.

I use the 44k a couple times a year in all my cars. Very good stuff.

THOSE CODES ON YOUR MODEL CAR IS ALMOST ALWAYS MAFS, TRY CLEANING IT, AND IF IT RETURNS REPLACE THE MAFS

I get the BG-44K on ebay. Brutal is right on the MAFS, but if you clean it be sure to use a MAFS cleaner made especially for it. Other cleaners can damage the MAFS.

i have heard so many different story's to that question. i like to use plain distilled water and a q-tip. then dry it off with a can of air.
