Fuel smell in cabin
Hey folks,
The car has a fuel smell ONLY when the ac recirculating button is on (I know, don't turn it on). There are no fuel leaks that we can find and its baffling us. The previous owner said he replaced the fuel pump 4 years ago, has anybody else experienced this before?

Haven't experienced it personally, but I've heard of the charcoal canister cracking and causing a gas smell inside the car.
It's located right in front of the drivers footwell inside the fender. To get at it remove the left front wheel and the wheel well liner.
Sniff around there for a gas smell and check for cracks in the piping and plastic canister.
Good luck!
