Fuel Tank Reserve

Fuel Tank Reserve
Is the fuel tank reserve inlet located under the rear bumper roughly 5" in from the right exhaust pipe? Just noticed mine is open (no bolt). Is this dangerous? It's completely dry, no smell of gas. I've driven almost 1k miles since buying the car. Headed to the hardware store today.

Here is a link out of the archives where Bob told what he did with them. I was fortunate that he could provide me with a tow hook back around that time.

The rest I sold on eBay and to forum members.
I still have one in each of MY personal cars.
