Funny wipers
All of a sudden today my wipers do not work when I press the little button which ejects the water through the wiper nozzle.
The water comes out but the wipers stay put and don't work.
They work fine if I put them on by moving the lever position.
I haven't had a chance to test the "auto" function as surprisingly it is not raining in London.
I do have a "wiper wash low" indication but would be surprised if my wipers did not work because of this.
Any ideas?
Many thanks,
Pavlos

That is precisely why the wipers do not work (see information in the red box):

It's a safety feature to prevent scratching the windscreen when washer fluid is low. Refill the washer bottle and all will be back to normal.
