General Supercharger questions

I've searched the forum and still have a few questions about the supercharger; I have a 2003 XKR with 100,000 miles.
I'm in the process of replacing the octopus and valley hoses. The valley hoses require removing the supercharger.
As this quite a bit of work I'd like to do some preventive maintenance on the supercharger.
A few questions:
How long should the supercharger (sc) go without needing to be rebuilt?
Can anyone recommend a rebuilder or source of rebuilt sc in USofA?
If I remove the sc and do not rebuild should I at least change the sc oil?
Should I replace the elbow seal gasket (part NCC7735BA) and the 2 bellows gaskets (part AJ86925)? They are a bit pricey, about $80 each. The dealer recommends replacing them (but I'm a bit suspicious about most of what dealers recommend).

If your car was performing well and didn't have any unusual rattling noises, then I would just change out the oil. As far as the duct seals, I'd leave them alone unless you had an air leak from them. I'd maybe silicone them to the mating surfaces after a good cleaning upon reassembly. Jon Bond performance is reputable just in case.

At 100k miles you are getting near the point of having it looked at, things to consider are rear needle bearings (these you can do yourself) and the coating on the blades for wear. You can tell by turning it by hand if there is any play or resistance. As far as gaskets you will need several (intake / Tbody) I would replace mine since once you do this if after you have any leaks it would be major work to redo it. Here's a link from another posted by a rebutable guy (Avos) who knows these SCs well.https://jonbondperformance.com/
