I recently removed my glove box door to fix a sticking latch mechanism. I was lucky and could fix it without having to separate the the clamshell (inner face and outter door) that makes up this door.
My obsessive side would like to get my hands on the mechanism and make it perfectly clean, but I'm stuck, I can't figure out how to release these fasteners.

The hole in the hole in the center doesn't appear to accept any tool, I'm afraid that any tool to lever it up would cause cosmetic damage. I better wait and ask for your help on this one.
