I installed LED bulbs for my backup lights and they work just fine and without issue. I attempted to install LED bulbs in the front markers (the small bulb ) that is above the headlights. When I install the bulb one way the bulb works but when the switch is off it lights dim when I plug the bulb in the other way it does not work at all.

Do I have an option or am I not going to be able to do it.

Hey Gus,
Good to be able to offer something back.
LED bulbs are polarity conscious, so they will only work one way round.
I put LEDs in the same place, and they behave in the same way. You will find that they do eventually go out once the car goes to sleep.
I've not had any issues with the battery discharging.
HTH,
Mike
Just seen the price
