Great window service
Today, while trying to put up my passenger side window I noticed a significant gap between it and the rubber strip on the rear window. While it's happened before, usually a little tug on the rear window will pull it closer. This time that didn't work. Then, when I tried to raise the window a few times, I noticed a "hitch" where the window seemed to struggle about 3/4 of the way up. I headed over to a company I had used about a year ago when my driver's side window disengaged from the regulator. While I waited and watched the technician work on the window for a solid hour and a half, including removing the door panel, the window, the regulator and the inner door panel, at the end, the owner said that since he didn't use any parts the total would be $30.00! I told the owner that it wasn't enough to pay for the time and effort involved and that I thought it should be at least double that amount. He reluctantly agreed to charge me $50.00 provided he be allowed to tip his technician the extra $20.00. I agreed, however, I still gave his tech an extra $10 tip. Excellent service while I waited with no appointment. WOW!
Anybody in Southern California would be foolish not to use these guys if the need arises.
Their company is:
