Welcome to the club
There are basically THREE options:
1) Do nothing and live with your new "coupe" (not recommended)
2) Convert to a manual latch which requires removing the latch lines from the pump and plugging those two ports and then use the supplied allen wrench to open and close the latch (the least expensive "fix") - since the rest of the system should still work fine, or
3) Buy a new set of hoses (and perhaps get the latch and rams rebuilt) and have it all installed (I bought my hoses (6) and rebuilt latch (1) and rams (2) from Top Hydraulics for ~$1,000 just for the parts)... this is the BEST fix but IS pricey and time consuming to replace. The good thing about doing this is that it is fixed for good... unless the pump goes. I have no more worries as I press my top button - I can do so with confidence
I did not want to do the repair myself and found someone to do it form me at a reasonable cost of $700 - and I thought there was someone who will come to your house and do the work anywhere in the country... do a forum search and you will find plenty of helpful articles!
Good luck!

Follow the links below to a couple of forum threads for where to get replacement hoses and steps for changing out the hoses.

Did the fluid spray out of the windshield header console? Might just be the latch cylinder seals. The latch cylinder can be rebuilt by Top Hydralics. They did mine, one day turn around.

Fairly easy to take off the top of the header. Just be careful, there are some tiny hidden screws in there. Then you will be able to see if it is the hoses or the latch. Latch is much less expensive to rebuild and WAY easier to replace.
Go to Gus' excellent repair site JagRepair.com - Jaguar Repair Information Resource to see what's involved in replacing the hoses. It can be done as a DIY over a weekend, but it is very labor intensive.
