Default Hazzard lites on 04 XK8

After bragging that I never had any problems with my Cat for the 8 years that I had her.She was a dealer demo. The hazzard lite swich on the panel has jammed on. I searched the Owner's Manual to find out what circuit ie. fuse , the lites were on. I must shut them off until I can get to the Jag Dealer some miles from where I live.No indication in the manual.

CAN ANYONE TELL ME PLEASE?
(that's what I get for bragging, eh ?)

Stan,
With some electrical contact cleaner and a small flat bladed screwdriver and a little patience, you should be able to release the switch.

Should have started a new thread for this one.

Stan I,

Bet it's taken me longer to move these posts from the middle of the 'best oil' thread than it took you to get the Hazard Lights off!
