Head rest issue.

Head rest issue.
At my driver's seat the head rest started misbehaving today. It works ok when I use the switch attached to the side of the seat bottom to move it up and down. But when I pull the lever on the side of the seat to flip the seat forward, the head rest does not move. It should retract when I flip the seat up and return when I flip the seat back. I do not hear the motor attempting to move it. I'm guessing this is not the usual cable issue since it does move up and down when I use the switch on the side of the seat bottom. Is there perhaps a switch problem I should be looking for?

Solved it. There is a small plastic switch attached to the side of the seat bottom runner, on the side by the transmission tunnel that had detached. I snapped it back in place and all is good. I had to tilt the seat forward, with the top down so there was enough light to see it. It snapped right back into place. All is good.
