Diagnosis is cheaper than throwing parts at the problem.
I would swap the igniter and bulb separately to the other side for conformation of the defective part.(one of them will likely NOT work)
Customers appreciate only replacing the defective component instead of the 'shotgun' approach.(just buy and replace EVERYTHING to be sure)
Just trying to save you money.
