Radio ticks - did you change your ignition wires? As I recall some models without RF supression can cause this. On other cars, some have had sucess grounding the hood to the chassis (effectively turning it into a shield), but an ohmeter can tell you if it is grounded before you even consider this. I am brainstorming on this one, do a google on cars AM radio interference supression and see what you get. When you mention the windows - does it show only when wearing polarized sun glasses? I have to ask because that can explain it.

Thanks for the info. The windshield is the same day or night it looks like threads running through the glass. It almost looks like a car cover was on the car for a protracted amount of time and left an imprint. I've tried to clean the windshield and it makes no difference.
