Help with knocking noise at low RPM
I have been chasing this knocking sound in my engine when in gear and goes away after a few minutes of warming up.
What do you think?

I now this may sound crazy, but it's a crazy sound, I have heard leaks at an exhaust manifold, gasket installed upside down on a 1976 Javlin, and it sounded like a knock.

No loose plugs on mine!
The noise sounds like it come from the SC but even with the belt taken off it remains.
The dealer said it seems come from below the engine too when they had it up on the lift.
But you onlt get a few minutes to check it out then it's gone and will only return when the engine it dead cold again.

Bill, I've put your 'noise' into a new thread so it doesn't get lost.
Sounds too light to be a big end to me .
I've always heard them rattle more in the instant an engine is revved up and you'd expect it to get worse when the oil thins.
Try Gus's test.
It isn't something daft like a bad tensioner pulley bearing?

Shine a bright light on the belt tensioner and see if it is retracting in sync with the knock. I have seen one do this when the belt idler pulley bearing (not the tensioner pulley) was bad. Amazingly an examination of the pulley and bearing showed little evidence of the bad bearing except a slight tightness, but replacing it solved the problem.
