How to Replace Speedometer Bulb

Hi,

I have a 1999 Jaguar XJ8. How do I remove the dash and replace the bulb behind the speedometer? Are there steps with pics available from anyone? Would hate to wreck the dash trying to take apart. Any help would be appreciated.
