Here in Cincy its been 10-25 degree for the last week or so. Salt on everything but the XK8 has been hanging in there with no issues. It is dirty as F right now.

My car was treated with a full anti corrosion treatment worth 2500$ just before I got it. Doors and every crevice was filled with the stuff. It's got a 5 year warranty, so I think it should hold up nicely.

Still, every time the meter goes above 0C, I will clean the car and clean the underneath as well. Every spring, get the car up on a lift, steam clean it, and cover all areas with loose undercoating with new undercoating.

If you do this, I think most cars can take the winter & salt.
