JTIS CD works on a Macintosh
Thanks to everyone recommending how to find the shop CD on ebay. I picked one up but upon receipt became a bit suspicious of the goods. This may or may not be helpful to others but I thought I would tell my story just in case. The CD itself on first glance looked legit but upon closer inspection it may be a dupe. Being the computer geek that I am I became suspicious of what all could be on the CD.
I decided to pop it in my Mac and take a look at the contents before installing it on my PC. Everything looked legit but I was still a bit suspicious so I decided to try a software package called Crossover that allows you to run PC software on your Mac without Windows. I figured the worst that could happen is that it wouldn't work. Low and behold it worked great and I've been able to access everything I've tried thus far. Even the windshield wiper arm documentation I recently needed! Never even needed my PC.
So if you're like me and a Mac user, the JTIS CD will work for you with the handy little software package called Crossover and an Intel based Mac.

Another option might be to look into Winebottler:
WineBottler | Run Windows-based Programs on a Mac
This allows packaging a Windows app into an OSX .app package, based on the Wine backend.
