The remotes are available on ebay. You shoud be able to get one for around $25-30 bucks or so. If you search you will find instructions on the forum for programming them yourself.
The keys unfortunately are another story. Though some locksmiths can cut them, few if any can program the transponder chip in the key for our cars. I was quoted in the low $200s for a key + programming at the dealer.
