Trim code is AGD. This should be listed on the ID tag on the door jam.

I didn't realize there was any padding on the cupholder cover. That looks like a bit much for me.

I was taking apart my door panel yesterday (for no good reason) and I discovered that there is a ton of vinyl in these cars. On the drivers door, there is only one piece of leather; the armrest.

The reason I bring this up, after have spent months cleaning the doors with glycerin based leather cleaner, lysol kitchen cleaner removed waaaaaay more dirt than it ever did.

Fyi, I have literally spit polished the cupholder quite a few times.

Yes lew, it is a bit much on the cupholder, but I didn't have any other foam to work with, thus the future 'redo' on that. Should have another finished product over the weekend to show.

Sad that there is so much vinyl. I suppose if we can touch it alot, it should be leather, right?

I don't know about that! If it were all vinyl, it would still be looking good.

I had the same thing but I had the center console recovered AND The leather Panel matched and replaced on the driver seat that wears out sliding in and out. I was surprised to find the car seat man has the catalog with the exact leather match for the year make and vin number on the XK8 and most other imports. I cant tell the difference. Mine was cracked so it had to go. $200 usd
