2005 XK8 Some how I have locked the controls on my audio and navigation system. Where do I find the instructions on how to unlock these? I cant even turn radio off unless car is shut off. Thank you

 

Could you please describe locked? We don't want to assume.

messages?
any buttons work?
are you hearing music? Is it locked on one station?
Is it factory radio?
have you tried s hard reset?

There is a code which works for all Jag radios.

 

Thank you and I have the code. It will not allow me to put it in. It is locked in on the radio station that it's showing

 

Not heard of this one before.

Not sure about the nav., but since you have the radio code safely in hand, try pulling F9 (10A) in the passenger side fascia fusebox for a few minutes then replace -
unless you've already done the hard reset as John suggested.
