Does anyone know how to repair the navigation on the 2000 XK8.
The calibration is never correct. It could be 5 to 100 miles from where I am.
The direction I am driving is correct but always in the wrong location please help
I assume you are testing while driving, not in a garage. This is typical behavior when in a garage.
First thing to check is whether the GPS antenna is plugged in and seated in the navigation DVD player in the right-hand wall of the trunk. It is at the gray square connector in the photo. It could have been unplugged during a previous service.

You're lucky to be only a 100 miles out. The factory SatNav in my XKR didn't even have Spain on the disk, so the nearest road that it showed was about 1000 miles away.
If you can't fix yours, throw it in the bin and fit a 5" Garmin in its place.
