Default Lower Ball joint 2000 xk8

Does any one have plans or a jig to hold the lower control arm to be able to press out and in the lower ball joint on a 2000 XK8?

Looks rough but this jig did the job fine.
I pressed the old ones out on my shop press without issue. There is just enough lower wishbone around balljoint flange to engage a snug fitting tube spacer. I used a short piece of water pipe split lengthwise and then sprung open so as to fit very snugly around flange. Socket on back of balljoint and came straight out.
My jig secures to sway bar link mounting bolt position with angled spacer mated to angled wishbone end and ring on top to locate balljoint C clamp press. Fitting tube on balljoint flange and press away. Shop press may work ok but you will need more than two hands.
I did leave balljoints in freezer until ready to fit.

Mine was similar to the second pic, Felt safer using the bolt holes to tie it to so it didn't shoot out into my stomach. If I can find it I'll post pics tomorrow. Wear ear protection. Mine sounded like a shotgun going off in my basement.
