Yes Steve you are correct! I am so sorry I hope that I did not miss lead anyone on the price. I was thinking I paid around $100.00 but in fact I paid $325.36 on 7/2/08. I hope you accept my apology.
Steve, have I met you on another forum??

Hi guys,
I bought mine new on eBay for about $70.00 including shipping from the UK. If it was rebuilt, I couldn't tell.

Hey Gus,

Do you mean the BMW Forum? I don't recognize your name there.

Every tech I know in business has these in his tool box. I have two spares I picked up for next to nothing, but they were used. These can go on forever, or fail within minutes, just like any other electrical part.

Did yours appear new? or did you see signs of any wear on the plastic? Usually, if a part is rebuilt, you can tell - nicks, mars, scratches? $70 is phenominal if new, especially coming from the UK with taxes, shipping.

Hi Steve,
I was suspicious of the great price, so I inspected it closely, and it appeared to be new and flawless. I just checked, and they currently only have a used one on eBay.
Regards,
Brian
