Modified 2000 XKR $2K eBay
This is a member's car I think. He shipped this to Paragon in the UK for modifications (must have cost a fortune). One of the best looking XKR's I've seen.

I am usually not a big fan of conversions, but that one is very nice. I would love to own it. Unfortunately 99.9% of folks will look at $20,000 vs the Blue Book value and pass. He may have no choice but to hang on to it. Or take his chances at a high-priced auction house. We may never know the outcome.

most inexpensive TOP SHELF RIDE out there!!! if I had $20k surplus, it would be mine, TONIGHT!!!
stock seating looks just a tad 'bland' with all the UP's, but that manicured engine & overall Paragon work is 'the bomb'!!!
COME ON, one of you 'deep pocket' members, PUNCH THAT BUY IT NOW button and secure bragging rights. you know you want to!

you know, I think that most people that look at a car like this or really, ANY XKR, especially one with mods like this one has, is not going to look at the book for valuation. they already know that it doesn't apply here. he or she understands the value is in the car and not the book!
if this car runs out ok and is issue free, $20k is a steal! no buyer at $20k and it would maybe make you wonder if there's not some hidden issue...surely somebody has examined the car in person!

I'm sure the owner knows this, anytime you mod a car that much you take a limited market and drop it to near zero. Mods are in the eye of the owner and for the owners benefit only.
Personaly while it is well executed and looks to be top notch work for $35K investment a 07-09 XKR could have been purchased. Trying to make a 98-06 body style look like a newer body style makes no sense to me. I've never liked the Molded rear end with two round tail lights, looks like a kit car. Bright red is a hot rod color and while I'm sure this XKR will move out a candy red or emerald blue would realy stand out. Any way not knocking the car and it is a great build just not for me or I think a lot of Jag folks.
I wish the owner luck as he's already prepared to take a bath on the car.

Hey Jan....see you on here a lot. I don't think the owner was tryint to make it look newer, and i'm just guessing like everybody else is, he simply had the car and wanted to add some mods to it and make it look like something he saw in his own mind. most people that put money like he did KNOW they can never get it back out, they just do it for the fun of it and to complete a picture.
Paragon has a top reputation for their attention to excellence and it shows! obviously, it's not for everybody or it would be sold already. i'd own it in a SHAKE!
BUT, that's just me.
I lived on Oahu for 3yrs back in middle 70's...lived at the Illikai for 21/2yrs..girlfriend had a hillside house in Kaimuki and I loved every minute of it. it's way too crowded now, or i'd move back!
