Xenophobe, that XK120 looks awesome!!! Really, Jaguar did so many beautiful cars, doubt any other manufacturer equaled them; don't get me wrong, there are many other beautiful cars/brands out there, but the consistency in Jaguar's designing "beautiful", cars throughout the time, I'll say, anticipating the future, I haven't seen in any other.

However, I never really liked the XKE much... it has nice lines but always seemed a bit anemic for my tastes...

I hate hEap Types (yes that was deliberate) they are hard to get in and out of, they drive terrible, damn scarey at speed, yuk!!

And yes I have driven many different ones from light weights to lardy 2+2s even Fake Types which at least kinda work, but I get why people like the look of them....

I have been tempted to do a body conversion kit which changes the exterior of the XK into a kind of retro look of an E Type...... maybe... a bit hard to get motivated to create something I might not like, but then again I could change all the things I dont like about the E into something I do like.... more tempting
