Default Neutral rotary switch seal

Has anyone been able to find a replacement seal that attaches to the neutral rotary switch shaft that exits the transmission housing? Apparently, ZF seal number 01.010/120 is no longer available from ZF. 1999 XJ8 Coupe, 4L. Thank you, Warren C. Warburton

If you have ZF5HP24 (5 spd) auto trans you can get that seal at OReily Auto Parts Sku#19826504166. I replaced that seal on my 2000 XK8 recently and got the seal from Parts Geek. Also can get same seal from BMW Part # 24147571213. Had oil leak from that shift shaft for quite awhile and did not replace it because I thought it was going to be a difficult job when I finally got around to replacing the seal it turned out to be very simple. Old seal popped out and pressed in the new seal with minimal mount of effort.

Let me know if you need additional info.

No problem. Jaguar part number is JLM866 and ZF part number is 0734319623. If you Google any of those part numbers you should come up with some results pop

For the Jag part# .01010/120,
The BMW ZF 5HP24 part number is 0734 319 623.
I found the ZF number all over the internet to purchase, and found the best price, and just purchased 2 of them from here:

https://www.autohausaz.com/pn/CC-241...hoCg_MQAvD_BwE

It took some time to find the part number, but I used the part numbers I found here:

https://www.carjunky.com/products/20...ributes%5B%5D=

The cross ref numbers all looked correct.

Hi, when you replaced this seal, did fluid leak out of the trans. I have had this seal replaced twice by the local dealer, and as soon as I park it overnight, I get a 8in puddle of fluid. I read someplace that the oil level when full is below the shaft. I want to do it myself at this point, because what they are doing does not fix the leak. I have restored several cars, but I have a bad back now, so that slows me down.
