Default New EGR Pipe Gasket Doesn't Fit?

According to the JEPC AJ82340 is the lower EGR pipe gasket and AJ88559 is the upper EGR pipe gasket for VIN A35613. I have attached a photo of the new and original gaskets, you can see at the top AJ28340 is slightly to small which prevents the bolt holes from lining up. Does anyone know which gasket I need?

Can anybody tell me which one of the original EGR Gaskets in the middle of the picture connect the EGR Pipe to EGR Valve? Maybe I can clean up and reuse the old gasket...

Now isn't this odd, this problem has never been reported before and now it's come up twice in a week!

I'm in Italy, val gardena snowboarding this week but will follow up with the jag dealership next week and see if there is an explanation. Off for a bit more àpri ski now, cheers everyone.

Thanks guys. It must just be an uncommon gasket to change because I bought this part 3-4 months ago and just now got around to attempting to replace them. And I'm extremely jealous... nice photo!

Any idea which is the original upper gasket between the EGR Pipe and EGR Valve? I didn't keep track of them because I thought I'd just replace both and now I need to know in case I need to clean it up/reuse it...

Paint some Anti-Seize compound on each side and go on with your life.

Not worth the time wasted to worry about the 'down-time' waiting for the correct gasket.

I think the rusty one is the lower, I just cleaned it up and refitted it. No
Problems since.
