Default New Rims 2001xkr with photo

Everyone loves them in person but I can already here you all saying to much matte black lol Anyway when searching for rim info here I really didnt get good answers unless it was exact stock type fitment..Everything else seemed like a free for all...ANYWAYS

The Rims are Gianelle Puerto Black with silver lip

19x8.5"35mm offset with 255/40/19
19x9.5 35mm offset with 285/35/19

The hub bore center was 72.XX mm and the rim shop bored them out to 73.8mm. Could have went 74.1mm but didnt want to deal with eccentrics.

All I can say for now is car is lowered about 2" and there is no rubbing issues or turning radius issues. The ride is great. Barely a difference from the factory 18"

I only have one photo for now...So here it is

What do you think?

Don't worry about what other people think, or base your happiness on acceptance of your personal taste. I kinda like it, but I lived with a primer black 51 Mercury Convertible,(flames too.....I'm so ashamed) and it was Hell to keep presentable. Be cool.....Mike

Well if you go the same exact specs I did they fit perfect and fit the wheel wells great. Ive been getting alot of compliments on the car. More so than usual. Its amazing how many people have no idea what teh car is and those that know its a jaguar actually think its an older one. Next up is installing all this suspension crap I have

Did you sell your old rims? I have the 19"Apollo's with good rubber and I wonder what price they would bring to off set the cost of the new rims and tires.

Shipping is the biggest deal breaker on used rims. I have a set of Apollo's also sitting in my garage but by time you price in reconditioning and shipping they aren't worth much.
