Default Not start after a traffic accident

The problem is this: the car got into a minor accident (only the driver's belt paddle, the cushions worked), now the car does not start (no current goes to the starter) when connected to the computer, only the engine control unit answers, all the others do not respond, help, please, in What can be the problem?

Welcome to the forum ruslan68tmb,

I assume it's an XK8/XKR but there's no Model or Year details in your post or your forum profile.

A possible result of the impact is the Inertia Switch has tripped cutting off the ignition circuits.

Too quick for me! I was thinking of exactly the same thing.

I went over a speed bump in my old car and could not work out why it suddenly stopped and it would not re-start.

Depends on year - inertia switch in early cars (mine's a '97) is in the left-hand fascia fusebox. "A button on the top of the switch, under a flexible cover, is raised when the switch has been tripped".
