Good luck with your search. Manufacturers are not allowed to put the Jaguar logo on car mats. Though you might find some cheap, and not very good quality, Chinese copies.
As for original mats you need to know the original colour. Mine are 'sable' with the Ivory interior, which looks more cream than the cream colour just to make it confusing. They no longer make them and even if you could find some originals they are VERY expensive.
As someone stated before there are dozens and dozens of people out there selling mats for you Jag. However VERY unlikely you will get the original colour and you must ensure you get the right shape of mat and the fitting lug/lugs hole/s. Some have two fitting points and some have one.
If you look around you may find some willing to put the word 'Jaguar' on the mat for you. You pays your money and takes your chance.

The standard OEM XK8/XKR mats had Jaguar XK8 in script on the driver's heel pad but not the Jaguar logo. I had this style in my 2001 XK8:
The XK8/XKR Victory Edition/Final Series had Jaguar in script with the logo on both front mats. My 2005 Final Series 4.2-S was like this:
A few years ago several aftermarket manufacturers in the UK were advertising mats with the Jaguar logo as an option but I can't find any now. Perhaps Jaguar legal department has had a word with them.

Howdy folks:
FWIW... I bought a set of aftermarket mats a few years ago. I had been using my originals for bumming around in. Recently I decided to dye my originals Duplicolor Desert Sand. It actually turned out much better appearance wise than I imagined and hid all the stains. (If you drive barefoot, you will find it stiffer) This maybe a favorable alternative for some.

I have seen these mats on another Jag XK8 at a British car show a month or so ago.
Talked with the owner and looked at the quality...Nice!
I will get some for my cars, as you can put a custom embroidery or monogram on them
