No its actually painted Matte Black....And my rims definitely wouldn't look good black!

 

Actually when I blew up the photos it didn't look that bad!

 

If you do end up going down that road, have a think about painting the chrome on the door handles and tail light surrounds too

 

Xxslowpokexx, I tried to not say anything and to each their own, but as this is an open forum and when photo's are posted opinions are to be expected. With that being said as long as you are happy that's all that really matters however IMO which isn't worth much, the matte black on a Jaguar is the ugliest thing I have ever seen. It's just not right, now I need to go poke my eyes out...

 

I like the matte black. Thinking about my XF going the same.
I like matte black with gloss black details and chrome badges.

 

Yes of course every one is entitled to an opinion. I have both a platinum 20014 xjr and the 2001 Matte black XKR. The XKR gets more compliments than the xjr and more than anything for the paint. I like it. Once I get some real photos of it Ill post them up. I kind of like the silver wheels but everyone says go black....Anyways I hav eteh Sepang BBS on my xjr and I think teh Persius BBS would look great on the xkr...MATTE black centers? Need to find me some of those:O)

 

If youre paint is in good shape I would reccomend doing a wrap. Jaguar doesnt take kindly to paint changes if you ever want to trade her in'
