Original roof hydraulic fluid?

Original roof hydraulic fluid?
This definitely isn't green!
I extracted what little fluid there was in the roof pump reservoir... I'm amazed the roof was still working at all (it was quite noisy and seemed to be laboring)
I have the CHF11s ready to go in... I'm planning to extract as much as I can of this nasty looking stuff first... can I remove the reservoir itself be removed and cleaned out?
Then ideally I want to take a look at the latching mechanism - is it difficult to remove the front hoses and and pump out the remaining gunk to flush the green goodness in? And I'm wondering how the system will react to having the correct fluid in after all these years of pushing tar through it's veins...
Is this what the original stuff looked like? For some reason I thought it was supposed to be yellow.... (just a short video I promise... I'm sorry to be asking so many questions... I just have a long list to get through!)

I cannot count how may XK8 fluid changes I did when I worked at the dealer. (TSB 501-33am)
I sucked the old UNIVIS (yellow) out of the reservoir with my brake-bleeder vacuum unit instead of inverting the pump. (just me saving time)
Not everyone flushes the system and the top latch lines are LONG so fluid will be trapped if you don't flush the latch/lines but people will do what they want.(lazy)
The hydraulic lift cylinders have enough volume to 'self-bleed' the relatively short fluid path so no disconnecting needed for them.
