Passenger seat removal hiccup

Passenger seat removal hiccup
I replaced the front hydraulic latch hoses and while I had the carpet out I thought it would be a good idea to clean it.
It cleaned up really well, so I thought I would do the passenger side also.
The seat will not go to the rearward position enough to access the two front rail mounting screws. It stops about two centimeters short. I removed the two rear screws to see if that would "help". No luck... Tried to push the seat back while actuating the switch to see if that would make a difference. Still will not allow access to the screws.
Any chance it has skipped a few teeth in the actuator and "thinks" its in the rear position?

I've never heard-of or seen anyone remove the carpet to replace the latch lines. Wow that was a lot of work. I just remove the rear seat, right speaker and left front seat. I lift the carpet to slide the lines though.
Glad you found the obstruction before the motor or something failed.
