Thanks for your quick response.
I don't really need genuine leather, but your upgrade turned out so nicely I thought I'd ask. Unfortunately, now every time I see my own sagging ageing "oatmeal" headlining, I'm a bit embarrassed. But that also motivates me to add this to my long list of winter projects. I'm going to stop by a local trim shop this weekend and see what they can recommend. I'd rather not have to buy a whole cowhide.
I have a few questions about the recover:
· Did you use any foam or other underlayment between the leather and the A-Pillers or the header? Typical headliner material is foam-backed.
· How has it all held up since October 2022?
· Is there anything you would do differently? Better? Not bother with?
