Hello,
I know there are a lot of posts already, but they tend to get confusing answers.
I have a 2000 XK8 with 36,000 miles. I want to be proactive and have the tensioners changed to the best metal version available. The mechanic shop likes to use OEM as much as possible. Where would I source the upgraded replacements from, a Lincoln vendor? Is there a kit with both upper and lower tensioners, chains, guides, and gaskets?
Thank you for your help.
Rande

Note the caveat regarding the primary slipper guides
At 36,000 miles, consider re-using the original chains.
